We are looking for an experienced Stock & Inventory Lead with hands on warehouse experience.
The Stock and Inventory Controller ensure the accuracy and availability of inventory across the warehouse. The role is vital to maintaining optimal stock levels and supporting operational efficiency.
Responsibilities include-
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in WMS/ERP.
• Conduct regular cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation.
• Investigate inventory variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with inbound and outbound teams for stock movements.
• Analize stock levels and report slow-moving/obsolete items.
• Ensure stock is properly stored, labelled, and easily traceable.
• Assist in demand forecasting and replenishment planning.
• Support inventory-related compliance and documentation requirements
Qualifications
• 2–4 years in inventory control in warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical and Excel skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Knowledge of inventory software/WMS – Indigo 8
