Are you a people-focused professional who thrives on hitting targets and building relationships? We’re looking for a sales-driven Enrolment Specialist to join our growing childcare network.
As an Enrolment Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for families enquiring about our childcare services. You’ll manage all inbound and outbound communications, schedule tours, follow up leads, and guide families through every step of the enrolment process
The position is a permanent position, 5 days, 37.5 hours a week and based at our Southport Office.
Must be flexible to work between 7:00am and 5:00pm as required.
Your goal: turn enquiries into confirmed enrolments - while providing an exceptional customer experience!
About the role
Respond to all family enquiries (phone, email, social media) within 24 hours
Make outbound calls to follow up leads and convert to bookings/enrolments
Manage and maintain CRM records and waiting lists
Schedule and follow up on centre tours
Support families through the full enrolment process and collect required documentation
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs and enrolment targets
About you
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role (childcare experience a bonus!)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident making outbound calls and closing sales
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Proficient with CRM systems (Qikkids experience highly regarded)
Motivated by results and thrives in a target-driven environment
