Experienced Handy Person or Carpenter to carry out maintenance across a portfolio of blue chip clients
Your new company
An established facilities maintenance company are looking for an experienced Handy Person or Carpenter to join their team.
Your new role
In this role you will be working across a commercial and industrial portfolio of properties, which will include:
Painting / patching
Changing lamps
Basic carpentry
Door and window repairs
Basic plumbing
General reporting
Line marking
Car park barriers
Client liaison
Purchasing materials
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous building maintenance experience, clear criminal history, NSW driver's licence, well presented and basic computer skills.
