- Source and acquire investment properties for clients across South East Queensland
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents to access off-market and pre-market opportunities.
- Conduct detailed property research and deal evaluations to identify and communicate value to clients.
- Collaborate closely with the Director and team to review property briefs, assess deals, and deliver tailored solutions for each client.
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the business by providing exceptional service and results.
- Holds a current QLD Real Estate Licence.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in real estate (buyers agent, sales agent, or related role).
- Proven ability to source, analyse, and communicate the value of property deals.
- Excellent communication and phone skills, with the confidence to build rapport and long-term relationships.
- Strong work ethic, drive, and eagerness to learn, with a passion for property and helping clients grow their investment portfolios.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote, collaborative environment.
