About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to budget requirements.
Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet business objectives.
Oversee staff rostering, stock control, and inventory management to maximise efficiency.
Provide support in conflict resolution and problem-solving for both customers and employees.
Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth, enhance customer loyalty, and strengthen community engagement.
Maintain a professional, welcoming, and well-presented pharmacy environment at all times.
Your Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a retail pharmacy management role is essential
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial performance, and inventory control
Strong work ethic with proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to build trust and rapport with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals
Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and MS Office applications
