What You'll DoApply caulking/sealant to joints, gaps, and surfaces on residential & commercial jobs
Keep your work clean, detailed, and professional — no cutting corners
Work alongside a supportive team that values your skill
Communicate with builders and supervisors to keep jobs running smoothly
Minimum 3 years' hands-on caulking experience (must be direct caulking, not tiling or other trades)
White Card, valid driver’s licence, and reliable vehicle
Professional attitude, independence, reliability, and pride in doing quality work
Someone who wants steady work without the stress of chasing jobs
Above-industry pay: $70k–$90k+ per year for the right person
