Key Responsibilities
Shape, form, and restore vehicle panels using traditional and modern techniques
Equipment in use in our workshop include Eckold Kraftformer, Vibro-Shear, Pneumatic Planishing Hammer, Guillotine, Folder, Nibbler, Rolls, Spot Welder, Files, Hacksaws, Grinders, Rollers, Jennys both hand and electronically driven, Swage machines, hand forming tools, Shot & Sandbags, English Wheels – Both metal and polyurethane, and a wide variety of hand tools.
Carry out accident repairs and complete panel beating tasks to the highest standard
Perform custom body fabrication and fitment for vintage and classic vehicles
Weld using MIG, TIG, and Oxy methods on steel, aluminium, and stainless steel
