About the Role
We're seeking an experienced, customer-focused travel consultant to join our growing reservations team. As a Retail and Wholesale Travel Advisor, you'll be the go-to expert for boutique travel experiences, working with agents across the country to tailor incredible air and land packages to off-the-beaten-path destinations.
This is a full-time, office-based position that involves handling inbound enquiries across phone, email, and web chat. No cold calling - just genuine travel planning with clients who love what we offer.
What You'll Be Doing
- Selling custom travel packages for niche destinations
- Managing the full booking process from enquiry to post-travel follow-up
- Coordinating with suppliers and accommodation partners
- Maintaining accurate records in internal systems
- Meeting achievable sales and service KPIs
- Attending regular team training and sales workshops

Who You Are
- A travel consultant with at least 2 years proven reservations or sales experience
- Strong communicator with a knack for building relationships
- High attention to detail and excellent time management
- Self-motivated but thrives in a team setting
- Interest in boutique or niche travel destinations is a huge bonus!
