We're on the hunt for a vibrant, hands-on Assistant Store Manager to join the flagship Chadstone store - the highest-performing location in the country.

As Assistant Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the store - supporting the Store Manager to lead a passionate, high-performing team, deliver exceptional experiences, and keep the fun alive while achieving strong commercial results.
What you'll bring:
Proven leadership experience in retail or hospitality (fast-paced environments welcome!)
A confident, engaging approach with both customers and team members
Passion for beauty, self-care and empowering young people
Strong communication and coaching skills
A love for bringing positivity, colour and creativity into your work
