Property Manager | New Builds

Salary $80,000 - $85,000 + Super

We’re one of Australia’s leading Real Estate and Investment companies and are launching a property management division in Victoria next month exclusively dealing with new builds. We already have the clients, with almost complete houses but we need a top notch Property Manager who LOVES what they do and are keen to try their hand at launching a new business (with our support).

Summary of Position

This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced residential Property Manager to step into a company that will give you so much more diversity and growth than just your stock standard Property Manager role. In this role you will help us launch the Property Management division of our business in Victoria (with the majority of existing properties sitting in the Western Suburbs) and be the go to Property Manager for all our clients. Please note, this is a new position therefore the portfolio will grow progressively over the coming months, as the new business is signed up and Saturday work will be required.

Job Details and Responsibilities:

• (Including but not limited to)
• Oversee a brand new, squeaky clean portfolio of modern investment properties
• Advise and lead best practice around processes and PM systems
• Conduct rental appraisals and sign up all new business
• Liaise with landlords and tenants
• Manage property repairs and maintenance
• Attend tribunal hearings as required
• Conduct ingoing and outgoing inspections, periodical inspections, open homes and private inspections
• Arrears collection, lease renewals and negotiations

• Must Have
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience
• Real Estate Licence
• Current Australian drivers licence
• Own or have access to a car
• Good presentation and a professional demeanour
• The ability to learn quickly and take action
