The Assignment
- Start this October!
- Experienced using Consult Cloud
- Small and tidy residential portfolio in excellent condition!
- Shared administration and support- no trust accounting
- Flexible hours, will consider outsourcing routine inspections if preferred.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management
- Current WA Property Management Registration
- Thorough knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Knowledge of Consult Cloud Software desirable
- Current Driver’s Licence & Reliable Car
- Corporate presentation & confident demeanour
- Strong customer service focus
- Able to commit to a minimum of 3 months temp support
- Flexible hours & days- can be part time!
