THE ROLE:
We are seeking a dynamic Head of People & Culture to lead the HR and people strategy across our multi-office real estate network. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of People & Culture, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, compliance, and wellbeing initiatives. You will be a key driver in shaping the culture, supporting growth, and ensuring the business continues to attract and retain top talent.

This is a high-impact position, perfectly suited for a proactive, collaborative leader who thrives balancing hands-on HR delivery with strategic leadership.

THE SALARY:
$112,000 per annum

THE TEAM SIZE:
Oversight of approximately 80 staff, and growing.

LOCATION:
Melbourne’s West, with travel between offices as required

WORK SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, implement, and manage HR processes, policies, and frameworks (newly created role)

• Lead recruitment and onboarding initiatives across multiple offices

• Manage performance development programs, including 1:1 reviews and coaching

• Drive People & Culture initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, and wellbeing

• Oversee leave management, entitlements, and HR compliance

• Foster an inclusive and culturally diverse workplace, demonstrating awareness, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills

• Provide strategic input to Directors on organisational development, culture, and employee experience

REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE:
Experience in real estate (or closely related industries) is essential. Previous exposure to multi-office operations and familiarity with the unique challenges of real estate teams will be highly valued.
