About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our client's Indooroopilly location. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including team leadership, sales performance, inventory management, and customer service excellence. You will work closely with the Regional Manager to ensure the store meets its KPIs and delivers a high standard of service. Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in managing a medium sized retail team.
- Strong background in retail, preferably in the beauty industry, skincare or hair products.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent leadership and team development skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Experience with inventory management and loss prevention.
- Ability to work collaboratively with regional and head office teams.
