This high-performing, and vibrant team are looking for a QBCC Qualified Site Supervisor to step into a Supervisor Estimator position as part of their large Queensland division.
Sunshine Coast location. Residential remedial projects - insurance repairs.
Ideal for an individual with a trade background, QBCC Supervisor's license + experience within residential construction, general maintenance and repairs, insurance repairs and/or strata.

ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be assessing damage to insured buildings on the Sunshine Coast, estimating repair costs, producing scope of works + damage report, and supervising trades during the repair process.
The projects are focused on residential insurance repair building projects, following "business as usual" repairs, or post-storm/catastrophe first response work.
There is 1 day per week based out of the office focused on reports and other paperwork, and the rest of the week is on-the-road/site-based. The company have a strong project coordination and scheduling team to assist.
Insurance repairs is characteristically fast paced and demanding, however their team is very well-staffed, ensuring ample support.
This is a full-time, permanent position.
Starting salary $95,000 - $120,000 + super + fully maintained vehicle - flexible for higher salary depending on relevant experience.
ABOUT YOU
Ideal for an individual with a trade background, QBCC Supervisor's license + experience within residential construction, general maintenance and repairs, insurance repairs and/or strata.
Computer confident.
Well-presented and professional - ability to deal well with customers and trades.
Current driver's license.
Able to commit to the role long-term and willingness to grow with the company.
