At The Centered Space, we support families across the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Central Coast NSW and across Australia online. This role is based on the Central Coast NSW, with flexibility to shape your caseload around where you live. Whether you’re just starting out or bringing years of experience, we’d love to welcome you into a values-driven team where collaboration, creativity, and autonomy are at the core.
Let’s be honest. A lot of places say they’re supportive. We actually are. Here’s how:
Full-time admin support so you can focus on your clients
Full-time IT support so your systems run smoothly
Our in-house NDIS specialist trains you to master the system and advocate at the highest level
Fortnightly coaching with the CEO to support your personal and professional growth
Fortnightly clinical supervision tailored to your experience level
Weekly, fortnightly and monthly NDIS-specific PD and strategy sessions
A team culture that genuinely feels like family
Creative freedom to co-design programs that blend your passions and your degree
Work flexibly from home, in local communities like, or join co-working sessions with the CEO/Speech Pathologist in the local community before a swim at the beach.
This is a two-way street. You show up, and we’ll back you fully.
Conducting assessments, setting and reviewing goals
Providing therapy for communication and swallowing needs across the lifespan
Supporting clients in clinic, at home, in schools, the community or via telehealth
Completing clinical documentation to company standards and with reference to the client journey
Collaborating with families, educators and transdisciplinary teammates
Option to co-lead innovative group programs like our LEGO group, school readiness mock class, or dance x communication intensives
Sharing videos of your day or your wins for our socials (don’t worry, we’ll help)
This is for someone who is self-led, coachable, and excited to do meaningful work.
If you need to be micromanaged, struggle with feedback or don’t have a growth mindset, this won’t be the right fit.
If you're a big-hearted clinician who takes ownership, cares deeply and brings creativity to your work; we’ll meet you where you are and support you to thrive and lead.
