  • Full-time temporary Clerk Grade 7/8 role until 31 October 2027, based in Martin Place, Sydney CBD.
Support communications and events for the Grants Program Office, helping deliver high-profile grants across NSW.


About the Role

As our Communications and Engagement Officer, you'll help shape how the Grant Program Office communicates its work across NSW. You'll produce clear, engaging content for internal and external audiences, maintain consistent branding, and support announcements, updates and events across the program.

You'll be part of the Communications and Engagement team in the Grant Program Office, working closely with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver responsive, high-quality communications for one of the state's significant funding programs, including the $2 billion Western Sydney Infrastructure Grants Program.

We're Looking For
  • Communications Expertise: Demonstrated experience producing clear, engaging content across digital, print and multimedia channels
  • Brand and Content Management: Proven ability to apply corporate branding and maintain consistency across communication materials
  • Event Coordination: Skills in planning and coordinating events, including preparing run sheets, production requirements and supporting promotional activity
  • Analytical and Organisational Skills: Ability to prioritise competing deadlines, solve problems, and manage tasks within tight timeframes and complex environments
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Experience building effective working relationships with internal teams and external partners, including government and community organisations.

Salary: Classification Clerk Grade 7/8. Package includes base salary ($113,574 - $125,720) plus superannuation (12%) and leave loading.
