A leading provider of integrated services across Australia and New Zealand is seeking Customer Service Consultants to join their National Customer Contact Centre (NCCC). This organisation partners with clients to design, build, and maintain infrastructure, assets, and facilities across a range of sectors.
Your new role
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service across multiple channels including phone and email. You'll play a key role in meeting contractual obligations and KPIs, while contributing to the success of the broader business.
- Previous experience in a contact centre or customer service role, ideally within facilities management or utilities
- Familiarity with contact centre telephony systems and CRM platforms (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service ethic
- Ability to work across a 24/7 rotating shift roster, including evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts
