About the Role

As Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end delivery—from planning and procurement to construction, delivery, and client management. Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle: design review, cost control, delivery, and handover
- Lead site teams, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve safety and quality targets
- Oversee budgets, procurement, scheduling, and client reporting
- Maintain compliance with company safety, environmental, and QA standards
- Foster strong relationships with councils, developers, and utility authorities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
- 10+ years’ experience in civil infrastructure, subdivisions, or urban development
- Proven background managing projects $10M–$50M in value
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding (D&C, AS2124, AS4000 etc.)
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a focus on delivery excellence
- $190,000–$220,000 + Super + Vehicle + Performance Incentives
- Monday–Friday schedule – minimal travel outside SEQ
- Ongoing training and internal promotion pathways
- Supportive management team, structured systems, and local Brisbane-based projects
