This is a unique opportunity for an Educational Leader who wants to make a genuine impact while being part of a forward-thinking, supportive team. You will provide mentorship, coaching, and curriculum guidance to educators while supporting the management team in quality practice, programming, and daily operations.
This role is a career stepping stone, offering future growth opportunities as Orchard continues to expand with five new centres in development across Sydney.

Orchard St Ives offers a fresh approach to early learning, where the natural environment inspires discovery, learning and wellbeing.
Our purpose-built centre is spread across two stunning levels — Nursery and Preschool — with spacious learning areas, yoga and art spaces, kitchen gardens, and state-of-the-art learning environments designed to spark curiosity and creativity.
Guide and mentor educators to deliver high-quality programs and documentation aligned with the EYLF and NQS
Oversee programming, planning and educational outcomes for children aged 0–5 years
Support and embed behaviour guidance and inclusion strategies
Foster a collaborative and positive learning culture among educators
Contribute to curriculum innovation and continuous improvement
Build meaningful relationships with children, families and the broader community
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Diploma (ACECQA approved)
Current WWCC, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection training
Strong leadership and mentoring experience
Deep knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and educational theory
Excellent communication, organisation, and documentation skills
Passion for sustainability, wellbeing and innovative early learning practices
