Cook Recruitment Services are currently recruiting a Contracts Administrator role for a well regarded commercial builder based on the north side of Brisbane. They specialise in the delivery of commercial and industrial projects up to $20m in value. This role has a clear pathway for progression to Project Management including a well structured learning and development environment.
Client Details
Our client is a mid tier head contractor who deliver projects in the commercial and industrial sectors. As they continue to expand their market share they have a very strong pipeline of work ahead for 2026 and 2027 and as such they are looking to add a Contracts Administrator to their team. This is an ongoing, long term position on the north side of Brisbane

Key responsibilities will include:
- Writing scopes of works
- Negotiating and letting sub-contracts
- Monthly cost reporting
- Administering variations
Profile Selection
Criteria will include:
- Proven track record in a similar role delivering building and construction projects
- High level of computer literacy Experience with modern construction software systems e.g. Jobpac, Cheops, Procore, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal skills Job Offer
