We’re looking for a Residential Construction Administrator who will be the glue in the Building Support Team, keeping construction admin tight, timely and on track.
What you'll be doing
- Help plan and schedule builds, ready for handover to the site team
- Organise fencing agreements, safety paperwork and utility connections and disconnections
- Keep subcontractor files organised with up-to-date licences and documents
- Handle emails, calls and admin tasks that support the build from start to finish
- Keep customer files tidy and make sure compliance certificates are sorted
What we're looking for
- Solid admin experience, ideally in residential construction or a related industry
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
- Clear, confident communication across emails, calls and day-to-day tasks
- Comfortable with basic tech, with bonus points for Monday.com experience
- A positive, team-first mindset and up for a bit of banter
