We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead our afternoon shift team located in Wetherill Park.  

The PM Operations Supervisor, you will oversee the management of our Linehaul operation ex. Sydney. Ensuring efficiency, collaboration & dispatch of all linehaul units. You will be responsible for the management of our team of drivers and operational staff, whilst optimizing our fleet and maintaining high operational standards.

 This role is supported by an administration team and ERP specialists to assist you drive the nightly outcome.

As an Operations Supervisor, you will:

• Manage our linehaul operation 5 nights a week Leading and motivating the operational team

• Ensure all inbound customer freight is unloaded and reconsolidated into head ports ready for dispatch into our network

• The successful dispatch of all linehaul units on time every night

• Ensure the accurate execution of load planning and allocation within our ERP System

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

• Lead and motivate: guide a team of logistics personnel to achieve operational excellence.

• Monitor performance: focus on performance and metrics, implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimise efficiency and reduce costs.

• Compliance Focus: ensure compliance with safety & industry regulations and company policies.
