About the role
Bellarine Fences' is seeking a motivated and hardworking Labourer / Fencer to join our team on a casual basis. Based in Drysdale, VIC, this role will involve assisting our experienced fencing crew with the installation of various fencing types.
What you'll be doing
Assist fencing crew with the installation of timber, steel, and other fencing materials
Prepare and clean up work sites
Perform basic manual labour tasks such as digging holes, lifting, and carrying materials
Operate small power tools and equipment as required
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a safe manner
What we're looking for
Some experience in labouring or construction work, preferably in the fencing industry
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Good physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks
Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
