About The OpportunityThe Repair Manager (Desktop Supervisor) will play a crucial role in an Head Office setting overseeing roof replacement repair projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage end-to-end roofing repairs, ensuring QBCC/HBCF compliance.
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and teams with clear work orders.
- Track project progress, budgets, and milestones to meet SLAs.
- Review insurance scopes and reports with 95%+ accuracy.
- Prevent backlog while driving workflow efficiency.
- Represent our client professionally while meeting targets.
The successful candidate will have:
- 2–3 years’ experience in project management, construction, or repair
- Knowledge of roofing systems, repair processes, and QBCC/HBCF compliance.
- Proficient in project management tools, Google Suite, and communication platforms.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong stakeholder and problem-solving skills.
- Team-focused, energetic, and solutions-driven with a positive attitude.
