Lead Defence project controls, apply your EVM expertise, and drive delivery across complex programs.

We’re seeking a driven, dynamic, and delivery-focused Senior Project Cost Controls / Scheduler to lead project controls activities across major Defence contracts.
You’ll provide leadership, oversight, and Earned Value Management (EVM) expertise to ensure accurate reporting, governance, and program success.

• Lead and mentor Project Controls team members across Defence projects.

• Drive application of Earned Value Management (EVM) standards, reporting, and analysis.

• Support Program Managers and Control Account Managers with project deliverables.

• Lead Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and prepare customer submissions.

• Maintain project governance, cost, and schedule control in line with Defence contracts.

• Contribute to Defence bids and tenders.

• Demonstrated knowledge of Open Plan and Cobra.

• Minimum 7 years continuous experience managing Defence contracts.

• Proven Earned Value Management (EVM) expertise.

• Experience leading teams through Integrated Baseline Reviews and customer deliverables.

• Experience preparing Defence bids and tenders.

• Driven, passionate, and results-oriented leader.
