Gaming Attendants (Cas)
Bar Attendants (Cas)
Bistro Staff (Cas)
Cafe Staff (Cas)
Kitchen Hand Team Leader (part-time)
All candidates should hold the below, pending the related position
Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery
Food Handling/Safety Certificate (or prepared to obtain one)
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG)
Police check (or willing to obtain)
What we are Looking For:
Relevant experience in the position applying for (at least 1 year)
A passion for customer service
High quality and consistent standards
Team players with a positive attitude
Reliability and flexibility
Full availability to work mornings, nights and weekends
