Intro & Role
Country to Coast Projects is a well-established custom residential builder based in the Illawarra. We deliver high-end architectural homes with a focus on craftsmanship, care, and detail.
We’re now looking for a reliable Labourer / Trade Assistant to join our crew. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone who’s motivated, physically capable, and keen to support our carpenters and builders across a variety of sites.
You don’t need a trade qualification – just a great attitude, a license, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and help the team get the job done.
Key Responsibilities
· Drive the work truck to pick up supplies, materials, and run tip runs
· Assist qualified carpenters and tradesmen on-site with lifting, carrying, and general labouring
· Help with setting up and packing down tools, machinery, and materials
· Keep the site safe, clean, and organised
· Provide an extra set of hands for larger or more physical jobs
· Follow instructions carefully and ask questions when unsure
· Adhere to all WHS policies and safe work practices
Skills & Attributes
· Strong work ethic and reliability – show up every day ready to work
· Physically fit and capable of manual labour
· A team player who is respectful and willing to take direction
· Happy to get stuck into varied tasks (from site clean-up to heavy lifting)
· Driver’s license and reliable transport (essential)
· White Card (or willingness to obtain before starting)
