What you’ll be doing:

• Must have the ability to meet minimum Belron Assessment Scores across windscreen, repair and bodyglass categories

• Must have the ability to meet KPIs related to productivity, quality of work, value added products, non-quality jobs/warranties, net promoter score/customer service

• Complete windscreen re-calibrations for Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)

• Deliver an excellent experience to our customers

• Deliver the service in a professional and timely manner

What we are looking for:

• Must have Cert III in Automotive Glazing

• Must show at least 2 years demonstrated experience as an Automotive Glazier or Windscreen Fitter

• Strong technical skills and the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive glass issues

• Manual drivers licence (highly regarded)

• Mechanical aptitude
