About the Opportunity

Due to growth within our VIC business, Savills are currently seeking an enthusiastic, focused, and determined self-starter looking to enhance their real estate career. A full-time opportunity exists to join our Melbourne office as a Junior Leasing Executive, working within the Retail Leasing division, to learn the ropes and establish your position as a high performing Leasing agent. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a start within Commercial Real Estate!

Key responsibilities will include;

• Conducting tenancy inspections and negotiating leases on behalf of building owners
• Generating new business opportunities by developing strong relationships with owners and other key stakeholders
• Activating marketing strategies on behalf of owners in order to attract tenant enquiry
• Developing a strong understanding of market trends and market data
• Maintaining databases and other company reference tools
• Supporting across administration, invoicing and creating submissions as required

What Sets You Apart 

• Previous experience in property management, property sales or leasing in any sector advantageous
• An eagerness to learn and grown within retail property
• Current Real Estate licence
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Lateral thinking and problem-solving ability
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills
• Attention to detail
