Full Time Opportunity
We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic Customer Support team! Our Customer Support Agents liaise directly with our customers both over the phone and in writing, assisting them with their enquiries and various types of post-sales requests, ensuring every customer interaction is at the heart of everything we do.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in a customer service environment and the ability to provide customers with the highest level of customer experience
- Commitment to the delivery of exceptional customer service on all customer interactions
- Excellent complaint and conflict handling skills
- Highly empathetic with a professional phone manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work under high pressure and meet deadlines
