Arborglen Pty Ltd is a wholesale production nursery located in Glenorie on 55 acres, producing over 5 million potted plants per year to the Flower Power Retail Stores.
We are seeking a young, enthusiastic and hardworking 'All Rounder' to assist our Maintenance & Construction Manager with the upkeep, improvements and new construction projects, to all facilities in the nursery.
The desirable candidate will have experience with some of the skills below. On the job training can also be provided:
General building, construction, plumbing or carpentry
Irrigation systems & pumps
Steel fabrication and general welding skills
The candidate must;
Be physically fit and not opposed to manual labour
Be open to problem solving & willingness to learn new skills
Enjoy working outdoors & in all weather conditions
Be reliable & punctual
Bobcat & Forklift experience desirable but not necessary. There may be the opportunity for the right person to gain their licence while employed with us for the right candidate.
Own reliable transport & licence
This fulltime position requires Monday to Friday availability (7.30am to 4pm), with an immediate start after a medical & induction.
Competitive salary based on experience.
