What You'll Be Doing:
- Prepare weekly debtor reports and process receipts (cheques, direct deposits, credit cards, webstore captures).
- Manage collections, ensuring timely payment within trading terms.
- Resolve escalated customer debtor disputes and maintain strong relationships.
- Perform account reconciliations and monitor potential bad debts.
- Manage "On Hold" accounts and credit applications.
- Provide prompt support to customer queries via phone or email.
- Ensure systems, procedures, and workspace are maintained to a high standard.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous Accounts Receivable or similar experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
