An exciting opportunity with a market leading provider of Healthcare Equipment and related services across Australia is seeking to appoint a Service Administrator to their Head Office Team located at Coopers Plains. Working in this united team, you will enjoy the interface between customers, suppliers and Healthcare equipment Service Technicians with this role best suited to someone who enjoys delivering great service, positive outcomes, has a great attention to detail and who loves to learn. What your day will look like: - Assisting customers with trouble shooting and enquiries related to breakdowns or faults in their healthcare equipment and arranging a Service Technician to attend. - Schedule repairs at Aged Care Facilities, Hospitals and with private Clients. - Log all service calls ensuring all job detail entries are accurate and can be tracked. - Commit to the ongoing product training to ensure you can identify parts based on make and model of equipment. To ensure your success with this one you will demonstrate the following: - An understanding and compassion approach to customer service calls. - Great organisational skills. - Microsoft work and outlook experience. - Reliable and have a true commitment to delivering outcomes that change the lives of everyday Australians.
