Shape Strategy: Marketing Manager – Drive Growth and Shape the Future at Volt Edge
Volt Edge is in a growth phase. As one of Australia’s leading privately owned Electrical RTOs, we’re expanding fast (29% year-on-year) and looking for a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager to take the reins of our marketing and growth strategy. These things always work better when you have some skin in the game.

We’re on an exciting growth trajectory and need a marketing leader who can turn strategy into action. From digital campaigns to client engagement and national events, you’ll lead initiatives that elevate our brand, generate quality leads, and strengthen Volt Edge’s position as a market leader.
We answer phone calls with in 24 Hours, we answer the phone during business hours in less that 3 rings and respond to emails with in 24 Hrs. We are leaders in our niche market and are proud of this.
What You’ll Do
Lead and Execute Marketing Strategy
Own and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Develop high-impact brand and lead generation strategies that fuel business growth.
Partner with leadership to align marketing objectives with company goals and expansion plans.
Digital Marketing & SEO
Oversee Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and digital content performance.
Manage keyword research, competitor analysis, and landing page optimisation (WordPress).
Conduct monthly performance reviews and continuously optimise campaigns for ROI.
Website & Content Management
Maintain and update the Volt Edge website and training modules.
Coordinate with external developers to ensure seamless functionality, updates, and compliance.
Keep all content current, accurate, and brand-aligned.
Social Media & Communications Strategy
Create and schedule weekly social media content using internal and external design support.
Manage Google Reviews and online reputation.
Develop newsletters and targeted email campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Segment and maintain databases for effective, personalised communication.
Branding & Compliance
Maintain consistent, professional marketing collateral and templates.
Ensure all advertising meets RTO compliance standards.
Coordinate marketing calendars, events, and sponsorships across states.
Reporting & Insights
Prepare monthly marketing reports detailing campaign performance, lead generation, and strategic initiatives.
Sales & Growth Alignment
Sales Pipeline & CRM Management
Manage Salesforce pipeline and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
Support sales enablement with templates, scripts, and training tools.
Account Development
Build and nurture key client relationships.
Develop and manage Preferred Supplier Agreements (PSAs).
Meet and exceed growth targets within strategic accounts.
Strategic Growth Initiatives
Strengthen brand presence in VIC and NSW through targeted campaigns and events.
Develop the 2026 marketing strategy and budget, complete with ROI projections.
Support onboarding and coaching of new Sales/Account Managers to expand reach and revenue.
About You
You’re a strategic marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment. You’re hands-on, data-savvy, and love seeing tangible results from your work.
You’ll Bring:
Proven marketing experience (ideally in education, training, or professional services).
Strong digital marketing skills (Google Ads, social media, SEO, CRM).
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
A mix of creative and analytical thinking — you can both design and deliver results.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
At least 5 years' experience with a proven track record of your (demonstrated) knowledge managing teams of people and motivating teams to excel (Mandatory).
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related field.
Having a strong encouraging likable personality with emphasis on communication.
Having an RTO training background would be highly regarded but not mandatory requirement for this role.
Have an elevated level of computer literacy with experience implementing and operating business systems and processes.
Be self-driven and motivated, delegation responsibility and ensuring accountability.
Develop and improve processes with superior analytical and critical thinking skills.
Present professionally, with genuine people and communication skills, easily building trust and rapport at all levels both inside and outside the business.
Have excellent planning and time management skills with an ability to prioritise and manage your own work.
Strong proven experience managing stakeholders in a highly professional manner.
Advanced written and oral communication skills.
Leadership experience.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Australian work rights are mandatory for this position.
