Waste Services Administration Officer
Salary Package: 102,267 plus Super

Join our team at the 7 Mile Waste Facility, providing vital administrative and customer service support to keep our waste operations running smoothly. If you’re an organised, proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic setting — we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver high-quality frontline customer service and day-to-day administrative support.
- Assist with procurement, contract management, audits, and inspections.
- Maintain accurate records, registers, and waste data reporting.
- Support meetings, bookings, and minutes for Waste Services.
- Contribute to continuous process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
- Provide relief for the Senior Waste Services Officer as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong admin background and experience in an office support role.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience managing records, databases, or registers.
- Customer service focus and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence and National Police Clearance.
