Our Office is based in Hillcrest (Logan) with dedicated training and development facility where our team new and experienced can continually learn, grow, thrive and have fun in the process.
We’re looking for Timber Pest and General Pest Management Technicians (Qualified or Trainees) who share our values and commitment to providing exceptional service.

Competitive Salary: Full-time salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year (depending on qualifications) plus incentive bonuses

Qualifications & Experience:
Trainees - No Experience required see below for further details
Qualified - Minimum 1 year of experience in the termite and pest industry (Current QLD Pest and Timber Pest licenses).
Open driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Strong digital, verbal, and written communication skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer care.
Physically fit and able to meet the demands of the role.
Well presented, punctual, and reliable qualities that reflect your respect for the people you work with and for.
Able to obtain a White Card or Working with Children Blue Card.
Candidates who have the ability to provide or are willing to undergo a Police and Medical Check are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general pest control treatments and termite inspections with care and attention to detail.
Prepare and install chemical soil treatments while ensuring safety and effectiveness.
Implement programmed rodent and termite baiting programs that protect our clients’ spaces.
Deliver exceptional customer service, building strong relationships based on trust and respect.
Prepare and complete digital reports via our CRM (servicem8) that reflect your dedication to doing the job right.
Work independently while knowing you have a team that’s always there to support you.
Not Qualified, That's Ok we have you covered we offer a 2-year training onsite & via our RTO's package, where you’ll complete a fully funded Certificate III in Urban Pest Management that offers fast track completion and early sign off, with staged wage increases to reward hard work.
