We’re looking for a skilled and energetic Casual Chef to join our kitchen crew in Oakbank. If you know your way around a grill, fryers, and larder—and can keep up when the heat’s on—we want you on the pans.
What’s on the plate:
- 20+ hours per week (with weekend availability)
- Above award pay rates
- No sponsorships—must have full working rights in Australia
- Fast-paced, team-focused kitchen environment
- Paella experience a bonus (but not essential)
What you’ll bring:
- Solid experience across grill, fryers, and larder
- A cool head under pressure and a sharp eye for quality
- Reliability, flexibility, and a good sense of humour
- Ability to work weekends and jump into service when it’s pumping
