Dash Group is seeking experienced Civil Labourers to join our expanding team for immediate work on major civil and urban development projects spanning Brisbane & surrounding areas. These roles offer consistent hours, a strong site safety culture, and opportunities to work with reputable contractors on large-scale infrastructure works.
What We’re Looking For:
We want reliable, motivated individuals with proven experience in civil construction and subdivision projects, including bulk earthworks, drainage, roadworks, and plant operation support.
About the Role:
You will be supporting a range of civil works on site including:
- General labouring and site clean-up
- Assisting machine operators
- Trenching, spotting and pipe laying support
- Using hand and power tools
- Loading and unloading materials
- Traffic and pedestrian management (if ticketed)
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in civil construction
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Own PPE – long sleeves, long pants, steel caps, hard hat, gloves, and safety glasses
- Current driver’s license and reliable transport
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team
- Roller
- Skid Steer / Posi Track
- Excavator
- Front End Loader
- Water Cart
- Articulated Haul Truck
- Traffic Control
- $35-$40p/h + superannuation + a daily travel allowance.
