The WA Police Force is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to drive the acquisition of goods and services critical to supporting frontline policing operations. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, ensuring compliance with government policies, and driving value-for-money outcomes across diverse categories including Goods, Services and Works.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with organisational priorities and community safety outcomes.
- Managing supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and ethical sourcing.
- Providing expert advice on procurement planning, risk management, and market engagement.
- Acting as the agency liaison with the Department of Housing and Works for all procurements valued over $250,000, ensuring compliance and effective coordination at the whole-of-government level.
