Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead Health, Safety, Security, Environmental and Quality (HSSEQ) activities across a major corporate client portfolio. This role is central to strengthening safety culture, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement.
About the RoleYou will oversee HSSEQ systems and processes, support incident management, lead audits and reporting, maintain governance frameworks, and provide expert safety advice to operational and project teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and enhance HSSEQ systems, processes, and training.
Manage incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
Oversee contractor safety, KPI reporting, and compliance documentation.
Support Business Continuity and Crisis Management planning.
Maintain emergency procedures and statutory registers.
Provide HSSEQ guidance across BAU and project activities.
Background in safety, FM, property, construction or a similar environment.
Relevant WHS or Environmental Management qualification.
Strong understanding of WHS legislation, Australian Standards, and safety systems.
Skilled in investigations, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities.
