About the role:
Clarity Partners is partnering with a well-established civil contracting business delivering earthworks and infrastructure projects across regional WA.
We are seeking a dependable Project Administrator. This role supports project teams with documentation, reporting, and day-to-day administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly. This position suits someone who is highly organised, confident with systems and paperwork, and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparing and maintaining project documentation, registers, and forms.
- Support Project Managers and Supervisors with reporting, meeting minutes, and internal correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and compliant filing systems and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Track key project data such as crew hours, project progress, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate general administrative needs across the project team.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to support project requirements.
- Assist in continuous improvement and support broader business functions when required.
About You
- Previous experience in administration or project support, ideally within construction, civil, engineering, or resources.
- Strong organisation and time-management skills with the ability to handle competing priorities.
- Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling records and documentation.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid Driver’s Licence (essential).
