A commercial construction company with a national presence, they have excellent client relationships and most of their work comes from repeat clientele. In WA they specialise in commercial and industrial design and construct projects ranging from $10-$70M. They have a team on the ground here in Perth and focus on delivering a couple of projects per annum.
They are currently looking for a Snr Project Manager to deliver their Perth projects, overseeing a site team including a Site Management, Engineering, Contract Admin and Safety. They are looking for someone with proven experience delivering D&C projects and a strong network in the WA market.
Key Requirements:- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience in a Project Management role working on new build, D&C projects $40M+
- Local experience and established relationships with the local supply chain is essential
- Looking for a PM that has come up from a CA background and has strong commercial/contractual knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation and leadership skills
