About the role
Morisset Main Street Pharmacy is seeking an experienced team leader to take the role of Pharmacy Retail Manager Morisset, NSW. As the manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the storefront such as ordering, invoice receipt, staff management, catalogues, cash handling and banking and ensuring high quality customer service. This is a full-time position based in Morisset, NSW.
What we're looking for
Pharmacy management experience or strong senior pharmacy assistant experience
A friendly, highly motivated person with exceptional team leadership skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficient in inventory management, ordering and staff management
Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and pharmacy practice
A willingness to encourage and train junior staff
