About the Role:
- Scheduling and conducting rental open for inspections
- Assisting prospective renters with the application process
- Processing rental applications and completing reference checks
- Delivering great communication and follow-up to keep applicants engaged
- Working across PropertyMe, IRE, Inspection Express & Vault
- Some real estate experience is essential (leasing or PM)
- VIC Agent’s Representative Certificate
- Driver’s licence + reliable car
- Confident, organised, and professional presentation
- Someone who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment
