About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Grounds & Maintenance Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis and take our Racecourse Beach Park to the next level.
In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind keeping our park and facilities looking their best and operating seamlessly. From ensuring everything is well-maintained to making sure every detail works perfectly, you’ll help create an environment that visitors love and enjoy. In this role you will:
Be responsible for the oversite of the STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) and potable water plans for both parks
Ensure safe work practices are followed and promote WHS
Manage and maintain the facilities to the highest possible standards within budgeted overhead costs
Utilise preventative and proactive maintenance strategies
What you'll bring to the Team
Practical experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or facility upkeep.
Problem-solving ability and confidence to tackle repairs and maintenance challenges.
A commitment to safety standards and attention to detail.
Great communication skills for working with staff, contractors, and suppliers.
The ability to work autonomously and think independently.
Reliability, initiative, and pride in delivering high-quality results.
There is flexibility around the hours required in this position and we welcome candidates who are seeking both full-time or part-time hours to apply.
