Location: Brisbane CBD | Hybrid
Rate: $84.47 per hour

Key Responsibilities
As the Principal Program Officer, you will:
- Ensure consistent application of agreed portfolio governance practices, timelines, communications and templates.
- Prepare high-quality reports, briefings and documentation to support senior and executive decision-making.
- Monitor, track and report on action items, and conduct research, investigations and analysis of sensitive and confidential matters.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with business units and stakeholders to support service delivery excellence.
- Identify strategic issues, provide clear analysis, and deliver innovative and practical solutions.
- Contribute to the development of strategies and management plans to support portfolio objectives.
Secretariat & Governance Duties
- Coordinate and manage agendas, papers, minutes and action items for governance committees.
- Provide advice on governance requirements, meeting protocols and decision-making processes.
- Ensure accurate, timely distribution of documentation and follow-up on required outcomes.
- Maintain high-quality record-keeping, ensuring all artefacts are stored correctly in designated document management systems.
