About the role
As a real estate sales consultant you will be working alongside our director and lead agent - Avi Saroha
Duties will include:
First six months (prospecting/lead gen) - door knock home owners in Girraween and book appraisals
Next 6 months (list & sell) - Liaise with buyers and sellers, conduct open homes, negotiate and sell properties
Within the next 12 months, we will transform you into a leading real estate agent
This is a commission based role where you will be paid per lead that converts to a sale. Per lead you will be paid $3,000.
To give you an example, last month our top performer in the same role spoke to 25-50 people daily and earned $15,000 in the month. In the last 12 months, he earned $208,000 before tax.

Holds a NSW Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration or is willing to obtain prior to commencement if successful
