The Role

As the venue Manager you will be provided with training, run your own team and have the potential to work up the ranks in the business.
Requirements
- Several Years experience in a busy food and beverage as well as entertainment establishments
- Have managed larger teams and trained with a focus on service and the guest experience
- Current RSA and solid experience on the bar and with cocktails
- Opening experience is highly desireable
- Have fantastic communications skills with employees and guests alike
- Solid financial acumen and experience with P&L and reporting
- Have a strong background in all operations, systems and some knowledge of IT ideal
- Above all are a passionate and outgoing personality that strives for the best guest experience
