Role Description
We are seeking a highly driven and commercially astute General Manager to join our innovative team.
Working with our Directors and the experienced Leadership Team, additionally, you will be responsible for preparing feasibilities, securing new lease or management agreements, developing high-value partnerships, and shaping the future of parking and mobility solutions. You will work closely with shareholders and directors, senior leaders, landlords, industry consultants and government stakeholders to deliver deals that drive long-term growth and strengthen our market position.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in the Greater Brisbane Area. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing strategic plans to maximise the value of parking assets. Tasks include monitoring performance, implementing innovative solutions, and maintaining strong tenant relationships. The role involves decision making, problem solving, and ensuring operational efficiency to achieve organisational goals.
