About the Role:
We are currently looking to employ a full-time Warehouse Assistant in our Melbourne warehouse to work with an outgoing and friendly team of audio enthusiasts between Monday-Friday. You will use your passion and care to ensure our products are delivered to our customers, to take them on their audio journey, delivering second to none customer service. Working hours are 7.30am - 4.00pm Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Organise and process the receipt of goods
Picking of orders
Packing of orders
Process and dispatch orders
Stock counting
Barcode and stock allocation
Organising stock within the warehouse
Skills and Experiences:
MUST reside and hold valid working rights in Australia.
Have competent computer skills and literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel - although some training will be provided).
Forklift licence mandatory before start.
Previous experience in warehousing and/or pick packing is essential.
Previous experience in a technology-based warehouse role is a plus.
Brilliant customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
A willingness to learn to be able to maintain product knowledge at all times.
A police background check is mandatory

Have previous warehousing experience
